1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. Sweepstakes starts at 6:00 PM EST on Monday November 12, 2007, and ends at 5:00 PM ET on Friday, November 30, 2007. To enter: click to enter the contest at http://www.evanescence.com/VIP, and enter by completely filling out the entry form. On-line entries must be received by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, November 30, 2007. ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. Wind-up Entertainment, Inc. and any subsidiaries ("WIND-UP") shall not be responsible for misdirected entries, human error, hardware or software malfunctions, or network failures of any other kind which could restrict entry, or any damage to entrant's computer in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading or sending any Sweepstakes materials. WIND-UP reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the Sweepstakes due to computer virus or to any reason of a technical, creative or other nature in WIND-UP's sole discretion, and to select winners by random drawing of all eligible entries received prior to such occurrence. All entries become property of WIND-UP and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of mailing does not equal receipt of entry or notice.

3. Grand prize winner will be chosen on the basis of a random drawing of all eligible entries administered by WIND-UP, on or about November 30, 2007. It is the responsibility of the grand prize winner to coordinate travel arrangements to the concert date they select. WIND-UP is not responsible for reimbursing incurred travel expenses or for providing travel accommodations. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Only one prize awarded per household.

4. Each entrant must be a U.S. citizen currently residing in the U.S., 13 years of age or older. Void in Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees and/or members of their immediate families or households, of Wind-up Entertainment, Evanescence, any and all sponsors, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and their advertising agencies and immediate family are not eligible. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

5. Winners will be contacted via telephone or e-mail. Upon notification, each Winner must respond via telephone or e-mail to confirm identity and eligibility within one (1) working day. If any Winner(s) is unreachable, or if there is no response from any Winner(s), an alternate Winner(s) will be chosen. The alternate Winner will be randomly chosen from remaining eligible entries. If there is a dispute as to the owner of the e-mail address, it will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder per the records of the e-mail service provider.

6. WIND-UP will award two (2) "Best Seat" tickets to the December 7, 2007 Evanescence concert in East Amherst, MA at The University of Massachusetts; one (1) Meet and Greet session (for winner plus guest) with Evanescence to take place at the venue and one (1) Official Evanescence T-Shirt (ARV: 96.99$);WIND-UP shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Winners will receive their prizes; however, there may be factors beyond WIND-UP's control that may render this impracticable and WIND-UP disclaims any responsibility in this regard. The Total Estimated Retail Value of Prizes is $96.99.

7. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prizes will be made by WIND-UP. WIND-UP reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of comparable value; all prizes are non-transferable. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY BEHAVIOR ON THE WINNER’S OR GUEST’S PART THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER/GUEST OR WIND-UP INTO DISREPUTE (IN WIND-UP's SOLE DISCRETION) MAY RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S AND/OR GUEST’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER AND/OR GUEST WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees that Wind-up Entertainment, Evanescence, any and all sponsors, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and their advertising agencies shall have no liability in connection with acceptance, receipt, ownership or use of the prizes awarded herein or while or in connection with preparing for, participating and/or traveling to any prize related activity.

8. The value of the prizes may be taxable as income. The receipt by any Winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. Winner is solely responsible for all insurance and any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the prize.
